Data and purpose

The name, title, institution, e-mail, optional phone and message you enter in the quote form are processed only to answer your request, prepare a quote and hold pre-contract discussions.

Legal basis

Article 5(2)(c) of the Law: processing directly related to entering into a contract.

Transfers

The site and form data are hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure and may be processed on servers outside Türkiye, in line with Article 9 of the Law. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to a contract are destroyed within one year; others are kept for the periods required by law.

Cookies and statistics

No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Visit statistics are kept without cookies and without identifying individuals. Fonts are served from this site.

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Law, write to the e-mail address above. Requests are answered within thirty days.
